Jet Set Seven
2008 AQHA Bay Gelding.
Mike started him. Born on our ranch. 15.2 Hands. Dark dapple bay. LBE/RBE med/high spirit level.
Mike spent a month in Oregon with Martin Black working on a cattle ranch 3 years ago. He got injured in a fence and had joint above main hock joint injured. It has been fusing since then and is 95% done. He is back into work and although a little stiff at first, moves out of it quickly. He has real smooth gaits and is Level 3 in the Parelli Program. Will need a level 3/4 student who can help him with his confidence. Willing to let go for free to right home. He needs now to be worked and I do not have the time.
Contact me for more information.
Colonel Cody Man (Cody) LBE/LBI cusp
2004 Breeding Stock Paint. Deep red color with black mane and tail. LBE/LbI but doesn’t have that much go, so acts like a LBI a lot. He is very naughty, always wanting to play and has an attitude about everything! He is always the first one in my herd to come to me. He is super treat motivated! He is 15.1H, small white patches on neck and white blaze. He doesn’t grow much of a mane, cause he is always sticking his head out of fencing to explore. He loves treats and especially water! In Pagosa, don’t know how, but always got out of his pen a night. Once was even in neighbors pen. This horse is amazing. He is my first born here at the ranch. I have taken him to clinics and ranches where he has been with cows, ( not confident with them), ridden in the cowboy challenge race, lots of trail riding, bridle less riding on the beach and ponying other horses. I have also taken him to Parelli Center in Pagosa 3 years in a row. A few years ago, he helped me teach a Fast Track. He loves to jump and I have ridden him English too. He can do the most amazing flying lead changes naturally. You can hardly tell they happen. I passed my Level 4 freestyle riding savvy with him. He hasn’t had much exposure lately due to my time, so will need to go to someone working on Level 3-4, that can help him with rebuilding his confidence. Asking $4,000 OBO.
Here is a short clip of me riding him.
