Shantilly

~17 year old Thoroughbred mare.     Due to my time and the need to spend more time with my other horses, I need to find her a good home.  I am willing to let someone try her out on a feed lease or sale.   She is 16.2 hands, bay, 3 white socks, and stout.  I got her from Dave Ellis about 9 years ago, so she has been out on the ranch and around cattle a lot.  She is very sweet and loves to be scratched.  She is barefoot and has been ridden a lot.  I learned to freestyle ride on her.  I also recently had a student ride her and learn off of her.   I rode her in my Agoura Hills Level 3 clinic last June and she did great.  I have also ridden her on trails, worked cows, and done upper level clinics on her.  A lot of students of mine have seen her in clinics last year.  The last 3 months, she has been out to pasture with another horse as a companion horse so she is a little out of shape.  She has a lot of try and a lot of go.  If you are interested, please contact me for more information or to stop by and meet her. mdeerman@gmail.com
